Classification and remarks of blister packaging machine guide plates

(1) PVC guide plate.

       The outer end surface of the large platform guide plate is 25 mn away from the outer end surface of the platform. The platform is oriented at the alignment of the PVC guide wheel, and the screws are firmly installed. The specific measurement method is shown in Figure 5.

(2) Forming the guide plate.

       It is responsible for whether the formed PVC foam shape is parallel and the edge is flat. The guide plate should be parallel with the outer end surface of the molded plate, and the gap between the guide plate and the stainless steel support plate should be about 1 mm, depending on the thickness of the PVC. The principle is that PVC can be smoothly passed, and the specific measurement method is shown in Figure 6.

(3) Punching the guide plate.

       The substrate is 190mm away from the center of the guide plate. The outer surface of the substrate and the guide plate is 291mm, which is the sum of the device design size (190 mm) and the guide plate width (202 mm). The specific measurement method is shown in Figure 7. Show.
