Flat aluminum-plastic blister packaging machine maintenance technology pragmatic feed
For the ordinary flat aluminum-plastic blister packaging machine
（https://www.hpm.ltd/Products/71/）, the waste side is mostly 2 mm, and the feed amount is 2 mm longer than the actual plate feed direction. Use the caliper to measure the small black block on the end of the threaded ejector from the feed to the cylinder that moves the feed (the side closest to the nearest end of the feed mechanism, this surface is stepped, the height difference is 0.3 mm), as shown in Figure 2. Shown. Note that the size of the cylinder at this time is the feed amount when it is jacked up in the original state. Measuring the width of the moiré portion of the mesh plate is also the feed amount. This is the actual feed amount. After measuring the size, you can use the caliper to determine the feed amount, or you can use the mesh portion of the mesh plate. Load the batch pad, the width of the mesh plate) and put it between the threaded ejector pin and the small black fast to determine the feed amount.
Figure 2 Schematic diagram of the feed mechanism
The method of debugging the feed amount: the moving mechanism must be reached at the farthest end to adjust the feed amount, and the left threaded ejector of the feed mechanism and the adjusting rod with the hand wheel inside the moving feed mechanism cooperate with each other.
(1) Move the feeding mechanism to the farthest end, and place the caliper or anilox plate between the ejector pin and the end face of the black block. If the difference is only 1 ~ 2 m, directly rotate the threaded ejector lever to make it with the caliper or The mesh plate can withstand no gaps.
(2) If the difference between the two is very large, it must be adjusted with the threaded ejector and the threaded adjustment rod (the part with the handwheel inside the moving mechanism). The threaded ejector should loosen the fastening nut for rotation adjustment and release. The fastening nut behind the threaded rod holder and the top wire on the side. When adjusting, first look at the difference, then take out the caliper or the anilox plate, and adjust the ejector lever and the adjustment lever with both hands until the caliper or the anilox plate is placed in the same phase, and continue to adjust until the size is adjusted. . Then fully tighten the ejector nut and the adjustment rod nut and the set screw.
(3) When the equipment is running at no load, use the methods of “listening”, “seeing”, “no” and “yes” to confirm the good condition and adjust if necessary.
“Listen”: There is no big impact sound between the black block and the ejector of the feed mechanism. Some indicate that the ejector pin and the adjustment rod are not well matched, and need to be re-adjusted.
