      (2) If the difference between the two is very large, it must be adjusted with the threaded ejector and the threaded adjustment rod (the part with the handwheel inside the moving mechanism). The threaded ejector should loosen the fastening nut for rotation adjustment and release. The fastening nut behind the threaded rod holder and the top wire on the side. When adjusting, first look at the difference, then take out the caliper or the anilox plate, and adjust the ejector lever and the adjustment lever with both hands until the caliper or the anilox plate is placed in the same phase, and continue to adjust until the size is adjusted. . Then fully tighten the ejector nut and the adjustment rod nut and the set screw.
      (3) When the equipment is running at no load, use the methods of “listening”, “seeing”, “no” and “yes” to confirm the good condition and adjust if necessary.
      “Listen”: There is no big impact sound between the black block and the ejector of the feed mechanism. Some indicate that the ejector pin and the adjustment rod are not well matched, and need to be re-adjusted.
