(2) Press the main motor button, the main motor indicates that the green light is on, wait for 5-7 seconds (at this time, each work is fully open and does not move at this time, and the moving feed air clamp is at the nearest end, these two states and The location is the debug origin).

At this point, the complete motion cycle of the device is completed, and the device continuously completes the process intermittently in the running state.
(6) When the feeding mechanism of the device is at the farthest end, press the parking button and the running green indicator light is off. The farthest end refers to the position where the moving air clamp runs farthest from the threaded ejector. The device stops at the fixed point. The fixed point position means that it is controlled by the signal axis, each workstation is fully opened to the maximum position, and the feeding mechanism returns to the nearest end.
 (7) Clean up the environment and equipment to meet CMP requirements. Put the medicine on the hopper or cloth tray, put down the universal feeder, and open the universal feeder switch to make the universal cutter vertical brush and roller brush rotate normally. Press the running button, the blister packaging machine starts to run for one cycle and confirms that the alignment is correct. Then, the oscillating switch is pulled to make the oscillating disc vibrate the medicine into the forming bubble device and enter the normal production operation state.
