Introduction of shaft encoder for blister packaging machine

      At present, most blister packaging machine on the market only install a shaft encoder to detect the operating angle of the blister packaging machine and complete the corresponding functions. However, the MX type flat blister packaging machine is equipped with three types of encoders E8, E23, E24, E25 (the E24 and E25 models are the same), respectively, and three display instruments below the display panel (Fig. 2) U2 U28, U29 combination, to achieve their different functions. (Note: The code such as the encoder involved in the text, except for E23, uses the code in the equipment manual.)
      The encoder E8 is connected to the first set of clamps via a timing belt, and together with the length measuring instrument U2, measures and displays the machine traction stroke.
      The encoders E23, E24 (Fig. 3) are connected to the mechanical main drive shaft via the same timing belt. The encoder E24 generates an electronic signal while the device is in operation, completes some functions of the molding unit, the jig transport system, and the unloading mechanism and the sealing unit. Together with the angle measuring instrument U28, the angle of the machine main shaft and the forming cam is measured and displayed.
      The encoder E25 (Fig. 4) is connected to the mechanical drive shaft of the cutting device via a timing belt. The electronic signal is generated when the device is running, and some functions of the cutting mechanism are completed. Together with the angle measuring device U29, the angle of the cutting device is measured and displayed. At the same time, on the U29, it is also possible to set the angle parameters of the negative pressure and the compressed air on and off of the solenoid valves connected to the suction cups of the three sets of blister plates on the cutting device, and control the blister plates for each cutting cycle.       The encoder E23 generates an electronic signal when the device is running, and completes the communication transmission between the encoders E24, E25 and the device PLC to ensure the normal operation of the device.
