Analysis of the problem that the cartoning machine can not inhale the paper folding machine
Cartoning machine failure problem:
Occasionally, the instruction manual cannot attract the paper folding machine.
First, check the following five steps to check the failure of the cartoning machine one by one:
(1) Check the pressure value of the pressure to 0.6 bar. If the compressed air pressure is too low, sufficient vacuum will not be generated, resulting in the inability to move the manual. Figure 2 shows the working principle of the vacuum generator (normal value).
(2) Check that the position where the instructions are placed is neat and that there is distortion.

(1) The vacuum line is purged by compressed air.
